Ordering Information & Terms and Conditions

The shipping charges for cards, per order, are:
UK - £1.50, Europe - £2.50, International - £3.00.

In addition the shipping charges for chinaware, per order, are:
 1-23-67+
UK£3.00£5.40£7.80
Europe£2.35 plus £1.00 per item
International£2.35 plus £3.00 per item


and for bags, per order, are:
UK£0.50 plus £1.00 per bag
International£1.50 plus £3.50 per bag

The minimum order quantity is £16.00.

Special delivery is available as an extra (UK: £4.70) - orders are tracked speedily through the shippers and signed for on receipt.

We normally ship to your billing address, though if you have ordered before and saved your details, once you have recovered the details you can choose delivery to an alternative address.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all information and prices are correct, we reserve the right to correct errors and omissions, and are not liable for any misunderstanding based on any information displayed on this site, with our liability limited to the cost of any item, if returned in original condition. If there are changes we will confirm them with you prior to shipment.

If you need to return any items, contact us to obtain a returns number and return it in the original packaging. Returns to us are at your own risk and you are liable for all costs, carriage and import duty charges even if we pay them. Returns attract a 10% restocking charge.

If you cancel an order, once it is placed, but prior to shipping, you may also be liable to any cost we have incurred in dealing with it.
